We have redefined the laundry experience in Lisbon with a space that is always clean, organised and functional, designed for those who value efficiency, quality and a well-kept environment.

Our space offers free Wi-Fi, books and a practical area where you can study or work while your clothes are being washed and dried. For extra convenience, we also have a snack machine on site.

We provide folding tables to make the whole process easier, as well as in-person and online customer support whenever needed. Your pet is welcome too, making our space open, urban and accessible.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for our customers. You can stay connected while waiting for your laundry.

What are the opening hours?

Weekdays: 08:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Weekends and holidays: 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM

How long does washing and drying take?

Washing takes approximately 35 minutes and drying takes 15 minutes per cycle, but we always recommend coming with enough time.

Do you accept card payments?

No, we currently do not accept card payments. We accept cash only: notes and coins.

What can I do while waiting?

While you wait, you can have a coffee, read a book from our shelf, buy a snack from the machine or take a walk around the neighbourhood, including the São Pedro de Alcântara viewpoint.

Are detergents included in the wash?

Yes, detergents are included. Our washing machines are supplied with high-quality laundry products.
